Welcoming and Affirming LGBTQ+ Clients: Insights with Rylan Earle-Lott [Quarterly Webinar Replay]

In our final webinar of 2024, Welcoming and Affirming LGBTQ+ Clients, we had the privilege of learning from Rylan Earle-Lott (they/he), a queer and trans photographer and educator based in the Greater Philadelphia area. With a passion for storytelling and advocacy, Rylan is dedicated to creating safe, affirming experiences for LGBTQ+ clients while helping fellow creatives build more inclusive businesses.

Before stepping into photography full-time, Rylan spent 12 years as a music educator in the New Jersey public school system. During that time, they medically and socially transitioned after nine years in the district, gaining firsthand experience in navigating identity within professional spaces. Their background in education—leading workshops, speaking on panels, and developing LGBTQ-inclusive curriculum—has shaped their approach to photography and business.
